The International Christian Chamber of Commerce Mauritius (ICCCM), aligned with AGCCCI, is launching a bold, faith-driven initiative to empower Mauritius' youth through a structured three-year Youth Engagement Program. Our mission is to develop ethical leaders, entrepreneurs, and community builders rooted in Christian values, shaping the future of our nation from the ground up.
This program is more than just workshops and training; it is a movement. A transformative journey that unlocks potential, ignites purpose, and prepares young people to lead with integrity, creativity, and love for their communities.
Target: Establish strong roots for a national youth movement
Engage and mentor youth across multiple districts in Mauritius
Deliver foundational training in entrepreneurship, leadership, ethics, technology, arts, and community service
Launch structured mentorship between youth and Christian professionals
Initiate youth-led sports, arts, and community impact projects
Set up Technology & Innovation Hubs and begin digital literacy programs
Launch the ICCCM Scholarship Fund
Establish monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting frameworks
Outcome: A well-structured, trusted, and visible youth program with clear impact, strong partnerships, and a growing base of equipped young leaders.
Target: Scale the program nationally and raise the next layer of leaders
Expand activities to all 12 districts of Mauritius
Introduce advanced tracks in technology, entrepreneurship, arts, and leadership
Strengthen mentorship with deeper coaching and alumni involvement
Support youth-led enterprises, innovation challenges, and business pitch competitions
Organise district showcases, career fairs, and a national youth conference
Track alumni progress and leadership development
Outcome: A nationwide movement of skilled, confident, and values-driven young leaders actively contributing to business, community, and church life.
Target: Secure long-term sustainability and national legacy
Activate a structured ICCCM Youth Alumni Network with leadership responsibilities
Engage youth in national dialogue, policy advocacy, and governance initiatives
Launch revenue-generating activities (training, digital courses, events) to support sustainability
Complete feasibility, planning, and legal groundwork for the ICCCM Youth & Innovation Centre
Establish long-term funding and endowment strategies
Outcome: A self-sustaining youth ecosystem with permanent structures, measurable national influence, and a scalable model for Africa.
By the end of Year 3, ICCCM aims to have:
A nationally recognised youth leadership movement
A strong pipeline of Christ-centred leaders and entrepreneurs
