The Team

  • Jean Maurice Prosper

The International Christian Chamber of Commerce Mauritius (ICCCM), aligned with AGCCCI, is launching a bold, faith-driven initiative to empower Mauritius' youth through a structured three-year Youth Engagement Program. Our mission is to develop ethical leaders, entrepreneurs, and community builders rooted in Christian values, shaping the future of our nation from the ground up.

This program is more than just workshops and training; it is a movement. A transformative journey that unlocks potential, ignites purpose, and prepares young people to lead with integrity, creativity, and love for their communities.

Year 1 – Build the Foundation

Target: Establish strong roots for a national youth movement

  • Engage and mentor youth across multiple districts in Mauritius

  • Set up Technology & Innovation Hubs and begin digital literacy programs

  • Launch the ICCCM Scholarship Fund

  • Establish monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting frameworks

Outcome: A well-structured, trusted, and visible youth program with clear impact, strong partnerships, and a growing base of equipped young leaders.

Year 2 – Expand and Deepen Impact

  • Organise district showcases, career fairs, and a national youth conference

  • Track alumni progress and leadership development

Outcome: A nationwide movement of skilled, confident, and values-driven young leaders actively contributing to business, community, and church life.

Year 3 – Sustain, Multiply, and Leave a Legacy

Target: Secure long-term sustainability and national legacy

  • Activate a structured ICCCM Youth Alumni Network with leadership responsibilities

  • Engage youth in national dialogue, policy advocacy, and governance initiatives

  • Launch revenue-generating activities (training, digital courses, events) to support sustainability

  • Complete feasibility, planning, and legal groundwork for the ICCCM Youth & Innovation Centre
