Important Update on Our Cambodia Mission Trip
After much prayer and discernment, Brie and I have made the very difficult decision not to travel to Cambodia this April 7–24. While we were excited to serve, multiple sources of credible information have raised serious safety concerns for Americans traveling internationally at this time.
We’ve heard from friends and family who have experienced travel challenges, and multiple international mission trips have been canceled due to real threats. Federal authorities are also advising Americans to avoid large cities, stay vigilant, and not advertise their nationality while traveling. With all of this, we feel the safest and most responsible choice is to wait until circumstances are more stable.
Our hearts truly ache over missing this opportunity to serve and connect with the children through Lina’s Hope. We are so grateful for your support, encouragement, and prayers, and we hope to participate in a future trip when it is safe to do so.
All contributions toward this trip will be fully refunded and processed today. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed and received.
We appreciate your love and support. Please join us in prayer for the Him family, everyone at Lina's Hope and our world at this difficult time. We rest in our love of Jesus and look forward to the opportunity to travel to Cambodia when the world is a bit more calm.
