Help Eldred Fight for Justice and Prove His Innocence

This man's name is Eldred, and today he am asking for your support in a fight that could change the rest of his life. For many years, Eldred has been serving a 30-year sentence in a Florida State Prison for a crime he did not commit. He was convicted of abusing a family member. From the beginning, he have maintained my innocence and have continued to fight for the chance to prove it.

One of the most important steps in his legal battle is securing a qualified attorney who can request DNA testing and properly present the evidence needed to reevaluate his case. Unfortunately, the legal costs are far beyond what he can afford. We have reached out to the Innocence Project, hoping for assistance, but—like so many legal aid organizations—they are overwhelmed with cases and unable to take his at this time.

Why I’m Raising Funds

He is seeking $10,000 to pay a lawyer who can:

File for DNA testing

Review and reopen critical aspects of his case

Represent him through the legal process needed to prove his innocence
