Help William's Life Altering Auto Accident

On March 21st 2025 William was in a auto accident that has severely changed his life. The accident happened while he was on his way to work. That afternoon he was struck by a Lifted Dodge Ram while he was in his Jeep Liberty. The truck drove franticly in between two cars at an intersection while William was passing through the intersection hitting his vehicle in the front driver side. If William was not in a high safety rated vehicle things could have been worse. The accident left William unconscious for roughly 2 minutes. Luckily paramedics were near the intersection and were able to make contact with him. He was rushed away the Hospital in the ambulance after regaining consciousness. His Jeep was towed at his expense and later deemed Totaled by the insurance company. While in the emergency room he was unable to move his body due to the muscle stiffness. He was medically treated which had cost him to have a large medical bill due to the types of treatments, MRI scan, pain medicine, room occupancy as well as the ambulance ride itself. He was then released by then went back to the emergency room overnight because of medical issues while at home. He was then again admitted into the ER and received another MRI scan. After being cleared by the physician he went home. He was then been given the burden of finding out where his vehicle was towed to. On top of it all he found out by the Police Department that the other driver had no auto insurance. The vehicle had insurance on it but the driver's were no listed on the insurance. In Texas this is legal. Thank fully William had uninsured motorist protection insurance with his on auto insurance company. However the cost of the entire unfortunate event was significantly hire then what he received from his insurance company. Between the phone calls he made with the tow truck company, the insurance company, the police department, and even the hospital William felt great despair. He was able to buy an older vehicle that needed a bunch of work done on it to drive safely. He had to get a loan that used his vehicle as collateral to get the car repaired. After a few times of having to borrow a family member's vehicle to go to and from work while his new car was in the shop he was finally able to drive his vehicle. He now has a vehicle that is safe and drivable but his stuck with a large set of bills to pay for an accident that was never his fault at all. Please help William out with this heavy burden that has been placed on him.
