We would like to share an exciting opportunity that God has placed before us and to invite you to partner with us through prayer and financial support as we prepare for a mission trip to Armenia.

This trip will give each of us an opportunity to serve in a different but complementary way. Andy will be serving with TRIAD through a music and worship ministry, while Amy will be serving Iranian refugee and displaced women through a Women’s Health Initiative. Though the ministries are different, both provide opportunities to build relationships, meet practical needs, and ultimately point people toward the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Andy’s Mission — Music, Worship & the Gospel

Andy will be working with TRIAD, a ministry focused on reaching the next generation throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia—an area TRIAD refers to as MENACA. TRIAD works in 32 nations, many of which have significant restrictions on Christian ministry. Their approach combines media and broadcasting with local believers who proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and strengthen churches.

TRIAD operates an outpost in Yerevan, Armenia, where they produce and broadcast content in languages including Farsi, Arabic, Russian, Armenian, and English. Their media ministry provides opportunities to reach people who may have little or no access to a local church, Christian community, or Gospel resources in their own language.

During our week in Armenia, Andy will be serving specifically through music and worship ministry in TRIAD’s recording studio. The team will record worship content designed to encourage believers and invite the global Christian community to participate in prayer and worship. One of the most significant goals of the week will be to record worship sets in Farsi for broadcast as a support to Iran’s deeply underground church.

Music can cross barriers that words sometimes cannot. Through worship in the Farsi language, this ministry has the opportunity to encourage believers who are worshiping Christ in difficult circumstances and to provide resources that can reach people across borders. For Andy, this is an exciting opportunity to use a lifetime of experience as a musician and educator in a very different setting—to serve the Church through music and to help create resources that can encourage believers and communicate the Gospel beyond the walls of a traditional church.

Amy’s Mission — Women’s Health Initiative

Amy will be serving Iranian refugee and displaced women currently living in Armenia through a Women’s Health Initiative. Many of these women are native Persian speakers with limited Armenian language skills. This can make it difficult to describe symptoms, understand diagnoses and treatment options, and advocate for appropriate care. Financial limitations and unfamiliarity with the Armenian healthcare system create additional challenges.

Working through established relationships within the Iranian community, local churches, and community networks, the Women’s Health Initiative will provide a safe and culturally sensitive environment for practical women's health education. Professional Persian translation will be provided throughout the workshops.

The workshops will focus on women's health, preventative care, recognizing symptoms that may require medical attention, understanding treatment options, and learning how to communicate effectively with healthcare providers. A primary goal is to give these women greater knowledge and confidence to advocate for their own healthcare needs.

In addition to the group workshops, Amy will participate in private, one-on-one women's health consultations. These confidential conversations will allow women to discuss individual concerns, ask questions, and receive general health education and guidance. When appropriate, participants will also receive assistance preparing questions and information they can take to Armenian healthcare providers.

Through this ministry, Amy hopes to meet women at a very practical point of need while building relationships and demonstrating the compassion and love of Christ.

There are expenses associated with travel and participation in this mission. Any amount you feel led to give would be a tremendous blessing and would directly help make our participation possible. We already have our flights and accommodations booked. Any financial assistance is simply going to help offset that cost.

We are especially grateful because your support allows you to become part of something that reaches far beyond the week we spend in Armenia. Andy's music ministry will help create resources that can continue reaching people through TRIAD's broadcasts, while Amy's ministry will provide practical education and personal care to women in the Iranian community.

We believe this trip is an opportunity to serve both physically and spiritually—to meet real needs, build relationships, encourage believers, and point people toward the hope of Christ.

Thank you for taking the time to read about this opportunity and for considering partnering with us. Whether you can give financially, commit to pray, or simply encourage us along the way, we are deeply grateful for you!

We look forward to sharing with you what God does in Armenia and how He uses this opportunity for His purposes.

Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and generosity.

With gratitude and in Christ,

Andy & Amy
